The location and the pretty pool were good, but the shower didn’t work properly and the bed sheets felt a bit dirty.

Only the staff and the bed were comfortable; the TV was not working, water and electricity kept turning on and off, the roof leaked badly when it rained, there was a dangerous open power point where water leaked in, and the bathroom was very dirty.

The sink drained into a trash can—yes, you read that right—there was no plumbing connection at all. The sheets were filthy, the pillowcases were yellow and spotted. Both refrigerators were broken, and only one of the three power outlets worked. The bathtub was dirty and the drain was clogged, and there was no hot water.
