The rooms were incredibly comfortable, clean, and well kept; the staff were exceptionally polite, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay, especially Vishal and Pandeyji, who were very attentive. All in all, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience.

The hotel smelled fresh and clean, and the rooms were close by, tidy, and equipped with all the amenities a traveler would expect; the fragrance filled the air, making it even more beautiful. However, the room service lagged—after ordering water bottles I waited 20 minutes and still had to go to reception for the same, only to receive bottles at normal temperature. Everything else was great.
