We stumbled upon Verdeaurora and it blew us away—an organic aloe vera farm tucked among mountains, the living‑room view of peaks and a little donkey enclosure is simply stunning. The villa feels like a sanctuary where you can truly unwind, and the beds are unbelievably comfy. Marco Polo, the resident cat, stole our hearts instantly. The owners were warm, welcoming, and super helpful from the moment we arrived. We even altered our flights just to stay longer, which says it all. After traveling widely, Verdeaurora feels like a place we’ll return to whenever it’s open, and we’re already planning our next visit. A must‑visit for anyone craving peace, nature, and breathtaking scenery.

The whole house is well equipped, especially the kitchen. Communication was straightforward and reliable. The pool was very clean and well maintained. Aloe Vera products were available in the shower. Ants often wander around the house.

“Un cadre exceptionnel”

The vibe of this little house at the foot of the mountains, at the start of a rocky desert, is so disorienting! That’s really the highlight: the location and the surroundings outside the house. Absolute calm, very refreshing—perfect for disconnecting. Nothing major is missing that would make it even more comfortable. The dining room chairs weren’t very sturdy, some furniture looks worn, probably from time (the dining table, the clothes rack), and the pink lamp in the living room no longer works. Small details, but as someone who has run a tourist spot myself, a few extra efforts would truly change the game.

The surroundings are a natural wonder right in the heart of the island, and the location is spot on. The staff are very friendly and professional, and it’s clear everything on the property is done with passion. The cherry on top was that every night and morning we were visited by one of the farm’s cats—Marco Polo, the most affectionate cat we’ve ever met. Definitely a perfect spot to stay in Fuerteventura; we’ll definitely come back.
