The staff were extremely friendly and the location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, close to everything. There was nothing to complain about.

There was no breakfast, no parking, and over two days the room was never cleaned or the bed made; the information we received forced us to pay more than the hotel’s own website had advertised. In short, a bad experience, no doubt.

No desayuné em el hotel. La ubicación está excelente, cerca de todo. Un espacio para descansar y no hacer esperar al huésped hasta que llegue la hora del check in

La ubicación es muy buena, las instalaciones en general están muy bien incluida la habitación. Si bien la habitación estaba acorde a lo esperado, no tienen resuelto el ruido de la avenida 9 de julio, hasta las 2 am y desde las 4 am es imposible dormir (en una habitación del 4to piso. Ante mi queja, me informaron que la única opción era una habitación inferior a la adquirida que tomé como única alternativa, baño diminuto toallas pequeñas y viejas, TV diminuto, nada coherente con el precio que pagué. Nadie ofreció alguna compensación
