The place is quiet, yet close to Udine. The breakfast is a treat. Milena, the host, is very warm and caring. There’s even homemade organic apple cake. She speaks good German and English. Thank you very much.

We felt very comfortable. The key handover went smoothly because the hosts live in the same building. There was parking space in front of the house. The house is on the outskirts of Udine in a quiet area. The room was clean. The hosts were very very friendly and helpful. We were only two guests there. We found the breakfast really great. There was a buffet with hearty dishes, fruit and sweets. The host really put a lot of effort into it. She kept asking if we needed anything else and even baked a cake. She prepared a wonderful buffet with a great selection for us, even though we were just two. And that without any extra staff like in a hotel. We stayed only one night because we were traveling through. But I would have liked to stay much longer.

We spent a night here while cycling and felt completely comfortable. The host was warm, attentive, and went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. The family‑like, personal vibe really appealed to us. We felt well taken care of and highly recommend this place.

Camera Karyna e il bagno era fuori dalla stanza un po’ scomodo, però molto curato e la colazione era buona. la zona era scomodissima per spostarsi in centro al confine di Udine est posizione che non andava bene troppo lontano infatti sono andata via alle cinque di mattina perché dovevo andare in stazione e poi c’erano un sacco di chiavi per aprire per entrare quattro porte

Mussten für eine kurzfristig entschiedene Übernachtung auf dem Heimweg dorthin ausweichen, da alles näher der Autobahn ausgebucht war. Haben es nicht bereut - freundlicher, familiärer Empfang, alles blitzsauber, Kühlschrank, Wasser, Bier wird beigestellt, Wasserkocher, Betten bequem, so gut geschlafen, wie schon lange nicht. Sehr gutes Frühstück, große Auswahl. Empfehlung für Abendessen im Lokal All L'Opera, 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, hat sehr gut gepasst. Wer mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, macht nichts falsch. Sicherer Parkplatz vor der Gartentür in einer kleinen Sackgasse, man kann das Gepäck im Auto lassen. Nichts zu beanstanden!
