The hotel is listed as 2 *, but it deserves more. We stayed for one night, and for two people the rooms were sufficient, nice, clean, and modestly sized, which was fine for a quick trip to relax and explore rather than stay in the hotel. I read somewhere that the TV didn’t work, but it does—just need to know which remote and channel to use, which I already knew from home. It was worth returning after years, even if only for a day. The restaurant was also very elegant and modest, with 100 % cleanliness; the lunch and breakfast were great, and the prices were much cheaper than in Podhale, which is appreciated today. Thank you.
The staff were friendly, the hotel offered a salt grotto for guests, the breakfasts were tasty, and it was close to the city bus stop; however, street noise was present, higher floors lacked TV channels, and there were no hair dryers in the bathrooms.
The location was fine and it was clean, but there were no towels, the furnishings were minimalistic, and the kettle was just a decorative item.
