The location was good, yet the hotel felt chaotic; we booked a triple room with a large bed and a sofa‑bed that hadn’t been assembled, and the front desk told us we had to put the bed together ourselves while the linens and cushions were in the closet. They also didn’t provide water – we had to fetch it from the reception downstairs for the coffee maker, check‑in was only at 16:00 and check‑out at 11:00.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, the king bed gave me some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time, and the rooms were spacious with a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge.
