The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, we stayed in the family apartment which was clean but could use a touch of refurbishment in some spots; the single/double rooms we saw were newer, overall it was a nice stay and the beach with its restaurant was in an ideal spot.

The host was extremely helpful, the rooms were clean and functional, the breakfast was great, and the location was right next to the beach.

The breakfast was great, the lounge and bar area were nice, and the view from the roof terrace was superb; the family room had a small kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. Grotto Beach is within walking distance and the neighbourhood feels safe (except for the baboons :-/). The family room had very little natural light, the lounge/kitchen area didn’t feel very cozy despite the sofas, and some wall paint had cracks.

We had a nice room with sea view, but the kids’ 3‑bedroom was in the back courtyard with no good view and smelled musty; the Honesty Bar was lovely, breakfast was a bit light for big eaters and the selection wasn’t wide. The kids’ room and the pool were tiny.

We liked the location and the staff, the breakfast was very good, but this isn’t a four‑star place; the room was a bit poor, had no AC, and the walls were in bad shape.
