Located on Ambergris Caye's beach, SunBreeze Suites offers a freshwater pool, patio bar, and free WiFi in common areas. Each suite features a balcony overlooking the sea, a bedroom, bathroom, and living-dining room with a double futon and cable TV. The complex is in central San Pedro, within a 5-minute walk of supermarkets, gift shops, and restaurants, and near San Pedro Airport.

A great choice next to the diving centers, with a nice restaurant and helpful staff; the hotel is super close to the town center and only about a ten‑minute walk from the airport, but I would have liked the living room furniture to be more comfortable or a TV in the bedroom.

The place sits in a great spot, close to restaurants, the airport and excursion sites. However, condensation in the room makes the floor tiles slick, a risk that could affect other guests depending on humidity; the hotel warns about it, but a better tile would help.

The hotel is right in the heart of the city, near restaurants, bars, dive shops and everything else you might need. The front desk was very helpful during our stay, assisting with a golf cart return and two deliveries. When maintenance was needed in our room, someone arrived quickly to fix it. The property was spotless and our room was roomy, complete with a full-size fridge and a well-equipped kitchen. The rooms feel a bit dated compared to the photos, which made them look nicer than they actually are, but the comfort level was what mattered to our family. We didn't use the hotel to arrange any excursions or services because they were unresponsive before our arrival.
