Great location, excellent breakfast. The apartment’s cleaning was lacking; after staying 9 days, it was cleaned only once, and the reception staff were slow to resolve everyday issues.

The local area is wonderful and safe, very clean and organized. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the pools are fantastic; I’ll definitely return. Just a tip for anyone planning to stay here: if you can check in on a Sunday, it’s better because it avoids having to change rooms, and the lighting in the common areas could be brighter.

“A pior estadia da minha vida!”

The only thing that works is the bed and pillow… The hotel is terribly mismanaged; the staff lack professional training to serve guests, and despite having a huge facility they can’t handle basics like room cleaning or linen changes. The hotel was almost 72 hours without power. And their rules are rigid—our requests were ignored.
