Everything was fine overall, but the complaint about broken and dirty lounge chairs on the terrace was never fixed, which is unacceptable for a price point that includes a Jacuzzi; we had to sort it out ourselves.

The place was very clean, the staff were excellent, and the view from our room was stunning, yet the bed felt a bit uncomfortable and the air conditioning wasn’t low enough to help us sleep well.

What really stood out was the extremely friendly and attentive staff; breakfast and dinner left no wish unfulfilled and were truly MEGA, but breakfast should start at 06:30 so guests can make more of the day.
