The room was clean and very spacious, the view from the window was lovely, and the private bathroom was a plus; the bed was very comfortable. Despite a late‑night check‑in, the owner welcomed us without any issues. It’s a 10‑minute walk to the station, which has parking in the neighborhood. The in‑room fridge and microwave were very useful. The central air‑conditioning was a bit lacking, but the owner could be asked for help when needed.

The apartment was brand new, well equipped, comfortable, spacious, and sound‑proofed with good temperature control; the host was very attentive to guest satisfaction. Parking was easy nearby, and the city center of La Spezia could be reached after a pleasant walk. Perfect for visiting Porto Venere and Cinque Terre.

The area is quiet and safe; there are always several free parking spots on the main street. The train station is a 10‑minute walk away, and the center of La Spezia is about twenty minutes on foot. The room is large and very comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay.
