The hostess deserves more praise than I can give! She handled everything flawlessly. It’s close to the center. There are two balconies and two bedrooms, which made it the perfect setup for the three of us. A national park is nearby, so you’ll be surrounded by forest, fresh air, and the hostess’s care. The guest house is excellently located—just a bit off center in Borjomi, a 15‑minute walk from the bus station along a road with panoramic views of the Kur. The “Nikora” store is 8 minutes away. It sits right next to the Borjomi National Park visitor center, which is especially convenient for trekkers. The apartments are on the 3rd and 4th floors of a residential building, and the balcony views of the mountains are amazing. Road noise is audible with the window open but disappears when closed. There’s air conditioning and a fireplace. The rooms are on two floors connected by a beautiful spiral staircase. The room we stayed in had two rooms, its own kitchen, and a bathroom. It’s decorated creatively and with great love, full of pleasant design details that delight the eye. The host is extremely kind, speaks Russian, lives nearby, and is always reachable. Self‑check‑in is convenient, and you can leave items for a while (like a storage locker). I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for the future. Thanks! Suggestion: the sheets would be better on rubber and the pots a bit newer.

A wonderful place! The host is very responsive and attentive. She helped with booking, brought firewood for the fireplace at our request, and answered all questions quickly. The apartment is warm, spacious, and bright. There were several sets of bedding, towels, a hair dryer, and everything needed in the kitchen. The location is excellent—right by the reserve (we even saw a deer and a horse), and 10‑15 minutes away are several shops, pharmacies, and grocery stores. The sound insulation is good. The fireplace deserves special mention— it took a while to heat up the first evening, but afterwards it worked perfectly.

An amazing place! Close to nature, with one of the hiking trails starting right at the doorstep. The house is a 20‑minute walk from Borjomi’s downtown, which was another benefit for me—no noise or dust from the city. The host was amazing! We had a minor issue in the bathroom on Sunday morning, and she fixed it within an hour. Ideal for nature lovers and those traveling by car.
