“An unforgettable stay”

We had a wonderful stay at Rockfig Lodge. The whole team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making our honeymoon truly special. The private honeymoon dinner they arranged was a beautiful surprise and very memorable. The safari was fantastic; our guide was extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and excellent at spotting wildlife. We saw many different animals during our game drives and had an incredible experience. We also loved how baby‑friendly the lodge is. Traveling with our two‑year‑old was easy and comfortable, and everyone was wonderful with him. The lodge is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. We leave with amazing memories and would absolutely recommend Rockfig Lodge to both couples and families. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special! ❤️

“Excellent stay and great game drives”

The staff were friendly and warm, always ensuring our safety, and the lodge was clean and well-kept. Our guide Pride was excellent and very knowledgeable, taking great care of us on every game drive and making sure we saw as many animals as possible; unfortunately we couldn't spot any leopards, but Pride pointed out the prey they had left on the trees and supplied plenty of information. The dining area lighting was a bit dim at night, and the food selection was somewhat limited, though the quality was fine.

The whole team was simply great. The villa was very well equipped and matched our expectations perfectly. The food was excellent and the drink selection extensive. A special shout‑out goes to our guide Ronny, whose knowledge of the local wildlife and calm, pleasant demeanor made the game drives unforgettable.

“Highly recommend! The Safari hide “”Pride” was so good tracking animals and passionate about his work.”

Absolutely amazing – everything was beautiful, clean, and the view was lovely. Having the hide was fantastic, and we saw some really cool animals up close. Everything was perfect.
