The price was very affordable and the staff were very welcoming! I would definitely stay again just because of their kind staff. The air‑conditioner was also very cold! The room had a slight smell, there were no toiletries ready, and the bed sheets seemed overused and old. The hallway was large, so the doors outside slammed loudly enough to wake me up at night.

Keadaan yang sangat bersih menyebabkan pelanggan yg datang atas urusan kerja sangat selesa utk berehat. Cuma pada hari saya datang, terpaksa menunggu hampir 1 jam untuk check in kerana ramai pelanggan yg dtg dr seluruh Sarawak utk PSKPP di Limbang. Sepatutnya malam itu mungkin boleh tambah extra pekerja untuk uruskan check in. Malam itu juga ada sedikit masalah dgn pintu, tak dapat dibuka. Pihak hotel yang tolong buka. Yang saya paling suka, hotel ini sangat bersih & tiada bau-bauan yang kurang menyenangkan. Tiada tempat breakfast halal yang buka seawal 6 pagi
