The room was beautifully decorated at one point and was big, but the staff were disorganized, there weren’t many stairs mentioned, it wasn’t very clean, and it was very noisy at night.

A lovely hotel with wonderfully friendly and helpful staff in a great spot. The only downside is that there is no lift.

Nothing good, it’s a complete disaster. The website should check the photos and services before posting. It doesn’t even deserve 4 stars. The staircase is a steep spiral, the air conditioning doesn’t work, there’s no safe, no balcony, there are lamps without bulbs in dark spots, and there’s no mirror in the sink. The wardrobe is so rotten you can’t put anything in it.

The spot is great, right on the lovely Cours Mirabeau, but I booked four rooms and while our suite was wonderful, my friends ran into rude staff and one of them had broken items that weren’t fixed, plus none of us had a fridge in the room.
