“Overpriced”

I have to admit that I was thoroughly unimpressed with the hotel's price, which I found to be absolutely exorbitant and not worth the money. Despite the hefty bill, I didn't experience anything particularly remarkable during my stay.

The hotel staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests in a prompt and considerate manner, which I greatly appreciated. However, the traffic on Saturday night was a bit of a nuisance and made it difficult to get around.

“Beautiful property that needs to improve guest services and cleanliness”

The hotel's proximity to the event I attended was a major plus, and the view from the bakery was indeed very relaxing and enjoyable. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a series of unfortunate events, including a property manager who tried to cancel my reservation despite it being paid for in advance. The valet's dismissive attitude upon arrival didn't help, and the room's design and cleanliness issues, including mildew in the shower, were a major letdown.
