Amazing staff engagement to guests Fo masha and lobby ma Guia also agM siomon. Breakfast buffet the muesli had some worrk to be done Also the hot food egg menu very straight forward , no piacged eggs no sausages , to asian Ruits also 2kinds watermelon and pineapple

We were upgraded to a suite, which we really appreciated, and everyone—especially Rudy and Roi—made us feel special with their great service. The food was delicious. Nothing else to add.

“Great value, professional and extremely kind staff. Excellent food and comfortable beds.”

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful all through our stay, doing everything possible to organize our transports and delivering excellent service at reception and in the restaurants. For Ironman Cebu they arranged transfers, supplied extra rugs to clean and assemble our bike, and gave us healthy dried fruit and cereal snacks the night before the event, all those little details didn’t go unnoticed. They truly went out of their way to make us feel valued and prepared for the race. The breakfast buffet selection was amazing and the staff in general were super friendly. The only minor drawback was that the race start was a 15‑minute walk away because roads were closed at 4 am on the event day; however, they organized a shuttle at 3:30 am for athletes just before the closures, so we chose to sleep in and walk to the start since the race began at 6 am.
