Check‑in instructions were straightforward, the room opened onto a garden and felt modern, and it was clean when we arrived. We didn’t need to talk to staff, but on day two they left a bottle of water and some fresh towels outside our room. Because the hotel sits very close to the airport, the morning take‑offs and landings were somewhat noisy. The mattress looked worn, so we had to shift to the middle each night, and the pillows were quite flat. Towels carried a vinegar smell, and a larger floor mat in the tiled bathroom would have been welcome.
