Great location near Ueno station and convenient with convenient stores just nearby.
The staff were accommodating and generous, provide extra comforts, advice and a medical doctor recommendation

“Je recommande pour l’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel”
The proximity to the train station and nearby amenities was convenient, but the room felt a bit small.
“a brilliant end to our Japan trip, loved our interactions with staff”
The breakfast was excellent, the room was outstanding, and the staff were very helpful and friendly; there was nothing to add.
“All in all we had a pleasant stay.”
Location - direct opposite Ueno station. We stayed in a standard double room and the bed was a bit small, smaller than Queen size. Also the bed was with 1 side against the wall which maked it difficult for the person sleeping on that side to enter
“Perfect stay.”
Everything. Nothing
I was shaken by an earthquake late at night, but the staff handled it swiftly, reassuring everyone in both Japanese and English. Thanks for letting me stay; see you next time!
