“楽しかったです。”

The location was good and there were plenty of free rentals, which felt reasonable. Because I booked a dinner‑included tent stay I expected a barbecue, but it turned out to be a buffet; also the latest bathing time and the fireworks cutoff were quite early.

I really felt the hospitality of all the staff, and we enjoyed the indoor tennis‑court‑like area where the family could play a variety of sports.

“Great location, attentive and pleasant staff”

We had a great experience here - the parking was huge and the reception staff were super helpful, whether it was checking in or asking for advice on where to rent bikes. The Onsen and restaurant were also highlights, we went back for meals twice and they were delicious. I was a bit worried about the outdoor glamping tent with all the rain, but it worked out okay. The beach was pretty small and not the easiest to get to, but it was clean at least.

“Terrible- we turned around and booked another hotel for that night”

I was really disappointed with this hotel - we didn't even get to stay and still had to pay the full amount. The standards were low and the photos were totally misleading. It was a frustrating experience.
