“A perfectly adequate room, fantastic breakfast, and an excellent location in Mostar.”
The hotel sits in a prime spot, just a few minutes’ walk from the pedestrian zone and the Old Bridge. Its Christian religious vibe doesn’t affect service quality. Parking is included, either on the premises or in a guarded lot across the street, a valuable perk in the Balkans. The lobby is spacious, the reception desk easy to find, and vending machines offer snacks and drinks. The room was somewhat small, oddly elongated, like a dorm, but still adequate. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a fridge, electric kettle, instant coffee, tea, a small biscuit as a welcome treat, and complimentary bottled water. Plenty of storage, a fine bathroom, no complaints. The reception and hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, fluent in English and other languages. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide, high‑quality selection. Minor drawbacks: dated furnishings, a few wall marks from luggage wheels. If management modernizes rooms while keeping prices reasonable, this could become one of the city’s best value stays.
The stay was fantastic in the city center, right next to the old town. Rooms were spacious, well equipped, spotless, with comfy beds, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A parking spot was included, keeping the car safe. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. On the 5th floor, a large terrace gave a beautiful view. Value for money was excellent, and we’d gladly return.
We liked the location and the courteous staff. However, the room’s décor and cleanliness were disappointing, especially the black shower cabin with grime and an unpleasant odor. The price of 30 € didn’t match the quality; we paid 67 €. We avoided breakfast because the hygiene in the bathroom and room was so poor.
The room was beautiful, fully equipped for comfort, clean, and high quality. The hotel’s proximity to the center is great. Breakfast was rich, covering all tastes with fruits, dairy, cheeses, honey, croissants, coffee. At reception, a very friendly lady gave us city tips, recommended places to try traditional cevapi, burek, dolma. The room, though modern, felt a bit cold, lacked decor, a vase or a splash of color would have lifted the sober vibe.
