We stay at this hotel regularly and never let ourselves down; the staff are friendly, the location and breakfast are excellent, but we had to leave.

The location was perfect for catching a show at The Royal Albert Hall, and there was nothing else to complain about.

The spot is great and the concierge is helpful, but the shower in the bathroom needs an upgrade, the bedroom rugs were missing, and the bedding—especially the mattress—was harder than advertised. It was a bit of a let‑down.
