The room was very comfortable, the bed was excellent, the shuttle to the beach was great, breakfast was very good, and the pool area was quiet. However, the noise during breakfast was excessive, the background music was too loud, and guests had to shout to communicate. The room lacked a hair dryer, and it took about 1 h 30 and several attempts before the issue was resolved.

The beds were undoubtedly the most comfortable we’ve slept on; breakfast offered gluten‑free options, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Even though the hotel was a bit far from the beach, they provide a shuttle, but we chose to walk instead, which takes about 10‑15 minutes. The floor in the room needed repair and there were some worn spots, but nothing that disrupted our stay. Privacy was limited because the room is on the outer corridor and the curtains were left open, so you could see everything outside.
