The place is beautifully situated. You can admire the mountains, the sunset, and at night the stars. The staff are very helpful. The cabins are already aged, but they are well‑maintained and clean. I recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Putre. A great place to relax and an excellent base for a trip to Parque Nacional Lauca.

The spot in Putre that delivers peace and warm welcomes is spot on – we adored our time there! The cabins were spotless, serene, cozy, and the heater kept us toasty through the night. Sunset vistas were spectacular, and the garden’s flowering bushes and trees let us spot local birds, even hummingbirds, right on the grounds. We could kick off hikes from the property or stroll into town in 10 minutes. The staff added a special touch, being friendly, helpful, and full of local insight; I barely spoke Spanish, they knew a bit of English, and we got along just fine. We didn’t find anything we disliked.

The owners were very friendly and helpful, the location is great, the cottages are quiet, and diesel is available.

The kindness of Jimena, the location, and the coca infusions (altitude sickness relief 😏) were all good. Nothing else.

The staff was amazing! They helped with excursions, the breakfast was excellent, and they gave solid advice for dealing with altitude sickness. Muchas gracias Jimena y David! The place is in a quiet spot with a beautiful sunset view.
