Q Hotel Plus Kraków

“Very enjoyable.”

What a lovely hotel. It was spotless, the breakfast was fabulous, and the staff were fantastic; nothing was too much trouble. If I return to Kraków I’ll definitely stay here again—thanks for making our visit so memorable. The only downside was that it was a little farther from town than I’d prefer, but it’s still a reasonable walk, very pleasant, and away from the hustle and bustle.

I felt comfortable and clean, but the way a hygiene issue was handled during breakfast left me disappointed. While a waitress was setting the table next to ours and placing the placemats, I spotted a silverfish crawling on the table. I got up, used a napkin to remove it, and immediately told the waitress. Instead of taking any action, she simply wiped the spot where I’d taken the insect with her finger. About ten minutes later, still uneasy about the area’s cleanliness, I told another waiter that the table and the cabinet storing the placemats should be cleaned properly. Despite speaking to two staff members, nothing was done, which was especially frustrating. Finding an insect is unpleasant, but the lack of a proper response after I raised the issue was what really bothered me.
