I couldn't stay because the place wasn't clean and the staff were unprofessional.

We found the price reasonable, but there were better options in Vietnam for the same amount; the air conditioning worked well and the staff were friendly, even arranging a cab when needed. However, loud karaoke in the lobby kept going until 10 pm, there was no water in the room—this was the first hotel in 11 weeks of travel without water—bird noises were constant, ants marched through the room, towels were literally falling apart, and the bed blanket was too small for both of us.
