This hotel ranks among the best I've ever visited. The room was enormous, offering plenty of extra luxuries. My husband and I were amazed! The design was absolutely stunning and the comfort was top‑class. We loved every bit of it!

The onsen and sauna were absolutely amazing. However, I did have some reservations about joining the membership program, especially since it would've cost me extra for the special travel discount. It's a bit of a hassle to walk to the station and restaurants, so I wouldn't want to pay more for food if I wasn't a member.

We had an amazing time at this hotel, especially since we were attending the Osaka Expo. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The VIP suite we stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with all sorts of nice touches like free ramen delivery and complimentary refreshments. The only downside was the occasional fruit flies when we ate in the room.

This place really knows how to do things right. The whole vibe is super stylish and thought-out, from the decor to the layout. We were really impressed and can't wait to come back. It's clear the owners put a lot of effort into making this a great experience.
