The Ridge Retreat is a beautiful oasis, a home away from home. Steven and Alice have honestly thought of everything, right down to the smallest of details to ensure their guests feel welcomed and warmed by this beautiful cottage. Having to leave 😞. There isn't a single thing that I could possibly criticize here, everything was perfect.

The place was flawless—every detail was spot‑on, the rooms offered breathtaking views, and the house was spotless. The location was ideal and very private. Kudos to Steven and Alice for creating such a distinctive getaway. Nothing could be improved.

“Stunning property and location!”

This was the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed at. The owners anticipated every need and the attention to detail was superb. The ridge‑top location was secluded and serene, and we never wanted to leave. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomato, and garlic, plus cornflakes and muesli. They also baked Anzac biscuits and bread, and stocked homemade jam, marmalade, relish, and local honey in the fridge. A selection of teas, coffee, and hot chocolate was available. We spotted wallabies on the front lawn a few mornings. No complaints at all—just pure joy.

The home was impeccably presented, the host was incredibly helpful, and the location and views were spectacular from every angle. Every comfort was thoughtfully arranged with love and care. It’s the best place we’ve ever stayed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
