omg the bed! so so comfortable!! lovely clean room, felt newly refurbished. hot shower, large room with plenty of space and storage. quiet

After a 7‑hour trip and arriving fairly late, the reception staff were very happy to greet us. The toiletries provided were of exceptional quality—separate shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, a very welcome change. The only issue was that our room only had one mug and teaspoon; I went to reception and it was fixed immediately (thank you!!). I returned to my room with a mug, spoon, extra coffee and biscuits!!

A modern setup, a roomy and welcoming room, and staff who were super kind and prepared; the breakfast was great with plenty of options, though the shower step wasn’t very comfortable.
