They let us keep our luggage even after check-in. Though the reception has no smoking inside the rooms board, the room that we checked in is full of cigarette smoke. Even the bedsheets, washroom is filled with cigarette smoke. We couldn't bear for 5 mins inside the washroom due to the smell

While I appreciated the hot water, convenient location, and air conditioning, which unfortunately didn't work for heating, my stay was plagued by numerous issues. The hotel had requested a prepayment from me, which I made, but upon arrival, the administrator claimed they didn't have it in their system, leading to a heated argument. I had to threaten to call the police to resolve the issue. During my three-night stay, the room was never cleaned, and the towels weren't changed.

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were exactly as described in the pictures, and the property was spotlessly clean. I found the hotel to be a great value for money, and its location on a quiet side of the road in Indiranagar was perfect. The hotel's proximity to local attractions made it an ideal choice for my stay.

One of the standout aspects of my stay at this hotel was the exceptional service provided by the receptionist. He was highly trained, professional, and made sure that all our needs were met. He took great care of our hospitality, and his attention to detail was impressive.
