The hotel is located near supermarkets and restaurants (by car). The beds are comfortable, the room is clean. The air conditioning is slow but works. The elevator, TV channels, and internet function properly. The hotel has several parking spaces. The staff is friendly and strives to make the stay pleasant. We requested an upper‑floor room that was peaceful and we were very comfortable. The parking lacks covered spots. In October 2025 there was a severe flood in the area, so the hotel’s ground floor still has provisional finishes a year later. The staff uses a makeshift table and the walls are poorly painted drywall on the ground floor. The restaurant offers breakfasts that look appealing, but the price is high and the finishes are shaky. They should lower the breakfast cost to compete with nearby restaurants offering local food. When we checked in, we had an incident with a car that was improperly parked and blocked free traffic in front of reception. The security staff only watched, did not intervene, and did not maintain order, giving a bad first impression upon arrival.

“Buena opción apacible”

The hotel sits in a quiet area with main roads nearby, and the elevator, Wi‑Fi, and TV work fine. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we were given a peaceful room. The pool is clean and operational. However, the property was damaged by a flood almost a year ago and still shows major defects on the ground floor and at reception. Breakfast isn’t included; it’s sold at a very high price in a restaurant with peeling drywall walls, so we preferred nearby local eateries. None of the parking spots are covered. When we arrived, a car was improperly parked in the entrance, blocking traffic, and the security staff watched passively and indifferently instead of enforcing order.

We were never greeted because the hotel had power outages for several days before my arrival, and they didn’t bother to inform us that services were unavailable, leaving us scrambling to find another place at that hour.

The location is good, but there’s no restaurant and they don’t mention this when you book. I understand the flood issue, but it’s been a long time and they still have a non‑operational lounge and no dining options.
