The location is great, and the reception staff are young Saudi men who are excellent. However, there was a leak in one of the bathrooms, no shower rods, no multi‑purpose drinking glasses, and no variety of small and large spoons.

The staff, service, cleanliness and soap were all excellent, but the plumbing was a nightmare – water flooded the entire bathroom and the drainage was completely dark.
