The staff were great and the hotel offers everything you need, with a restaurant, gym, and bar that are all excellent.

The central location is great, the maintenance is excellent, the breakfast menu was elaborate and tasty, and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel’s location was perfect for me, but the bed was too hard.

I liked the bed, but the shower wouldn’t drain properly, the soap dispenser didn’t work, check‑in took a long time even though I had checked in online beforehand, and the bar food took a very long time to arrive. We hosted a work event in the Song Hong meeting room and the air conditioner barely ran even though we were told it was on full blast; the hallways were definitely cooler. We had several dignitaries, so this was not something we could easily overlook. For the price point, there are dozens of better options in Hanoi.
