The staff were excellent, especially the receptionists who were kind and friendly, and Noura stood out; the manager, Abdelaziz, was very professional.

I really liked the hotel, the food and the staff, but the building next to us was under construction and the noise was loud, especially at night.

My favorite hotel, very reasonable price, excellent staff service, I always try to help; sometimes not all items are in the room, but you can always ask and they’ll bring what you need quickly.

The hotel shines in several ways: 1) front‑desk staff are helpful, cheerful and quick; 2) housekeeping is available at any time, very diligent and trustworthy, and luggage assistance is always ready; 3) valet service is present all the time with good pick‑up and drop‑off times; 4) there are dedicated facilities (gym, pools, private cinema, kids’ area) and six elevators; 5) the location is great, close to busy spots, a gas station, services, and almost on the main street; 6) guest satisfaction is monitored through surveys, calls or messages even after you leave. The negatives are: 1) the smell of cooking in the corridors and rooms is very annoying, especially early in the morning, and I don’t know the main cause; 2) the furniture is completely worn out and needs a full overhaul, it doesn’t match the luxury hotels in Dubai, and the carpet is very old and clearly shows wear; 3) the shower head broke as soon as it was pulled out and was replaced quickly, the bathtub is very old, and there is no cold water for the shower—everything is hot, whether you try to turn it to cold or hot, so improvements are needed; 4) my room had a view of the Commercial Gulf, but I saw dust, dirt and mud on the windows and it seems it hasn’t been cleaned for a very long time.
