The bed was comfortable with good linens, the shower was fine although it took a moment to reach the right temperature, and the large mirror in the room was a plus. Parking was available in front of the lodge, and the setting offered a nice connection to nature. The lodge itself was simple but pleasant. The breakfast felt rather basic with limited choices; other reviews mentioned a lack of fruit variety, and that issue remained unchanged. I also missed more sweet options such as cakes, cheese bread, and other items common in similar hotels. Despite everything being tasty, the breakfast could be improved for a more enjoyable guest experience. In room 10, an open space was used to store mattresses and fans – closing it would create a nicer impression. The room was comfortable, but I was a bit disappointed because my cousin booked a larger, combined room with a balcony, whereas mine was smaller. I’m not sure if that was a category difference or a booking oversight. Adding more hooks for hanging towels would help, as would more hangers despite the existing coat rack. There were also few power outlets, and one was loose from the wall. Finally, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to people with limited mobility or seniors because of the many stairs and accessibility challenges.

I liked the lodge, the rooms, the cleanliness, and the reception. The scrambled eggs were made fresh on the spot. The location was far from Capivari’s center, and the breakfast was simple – missing a cake or cookies, and no granola to pair with fruit. The spot wasn’t great, and it took a long walk to reach the center.

The place is in a great spot and super comfy. The staff greeted me warmly, and the restaurant next door is amazing. Can't wait to visit again.
