“Toto jsme ještě nikde nezažili a určitě nikdy více!”

The only thing we liked was the location; everything else was a letdown. We never actually checked in because the helpful neighbor wouldn’t let us stay. The phone was dead and no one answered several ring attempts. The neighbor eventually called a different number and then led us to the neighbors, where an elderly woman opened the accommodation in obviously unfinished rooms, as if we were not even supposed to be there. No one contacted us later or registered us as guests, and we never spoke with the operator. The listing never mentioned that the room shared a bathroom/WC and kitchenette. The place was not just dirty; there was mold in the bathroom and the interiors were severely neglected.

When we arrived, the owner claimed we couldn’t have a reservation because there were no available rooms. After some time, a room finally became available. We were only allowed onto the property once the room was ready, and in the meantime we stood with our motorcycle in the sun by the gate, even though there is a gazebo on the premises.

The room was filthy, uncleaned, the bed was broken, the door was damaged and hard to lock, there was a bloody stain on the bedside table, and no one seemed to know we were there—probably because we arrived to prepare the room and had to wait outside for a long time. Total dissatisfaction—disaster.
