The room was clean with good beds, some staff were polite and friendly, and the restaurant food was good, yet my overall experience was deeply disappointing. The pool was dirty, with grime on the edges showing a long lack of cleaning. The facilities showed poor maintenance, with trash and debris near the court and other common areas. A further shock was the front desk refusing to warm a little water for my son's milk; they claimed no authority to handle such a simple request. I was also surprised by the high rating of the hotel, which was why I chose it, and the stark contrast between the advertised reputation and what I actually encountered makes me question the authenticity of those reviews.
