The location is great, the building is beautiful, and the staff are friendly, but the restaurant service was slow even when it was quiet.

Everything! Location was excellent. We were able to walk easily into town and back, even pushing a wheelchair so no need to drive locally. This opens up shopping and river cruises etc.The hill back was cheeky but manageable. When going further afield easy access to main roads out. Flat walk along the coast was excellent. All staff we met were outstanding. Lovely hotel we will go back. My wife thought the bed was too hard. I loved it!
