The hosts were incredibly attentive, even stepping in to look after my partner when she fell ill one day, and the breakfast was a highlight – fresh, varied, and downright delicious. Being just a short walk from the historic center gave us easy access to sights, and the neighborhood’s quiet, old‑world charm was a nice change from the beach crowd. On the downside, the Wi‑Fi in our room was spotty and there was no TV, but if you’re looking to unplug that wasn’t a huge problem.
