We had a great experience at this hotel, thanks to the friendly front desk staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their politeness was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the traffic in the area was a real pain, and it took us a while to get to our destination. Still, the staff's kindness made up for it.

The hotel's location was perfect - right in the heart of the city. However, the rooms were tiny and the fact that they kept our ID at the front desk was a bit of a concern. It's not the end of the world, but it's something to consider if you value your personal space. Overall, it was a decent stay, but not without its quirks.
