The staff were all really focused on making sure we were happy, and the meals were great.
The shuttle bus, rooms, and baths were all spotlessly clean and perfect.
The dinner and breakfast were amazing - really tasty and looked great too.
The room was huge and beautifully decorated, with a private onsen on the balcony!

“すばらしかった。”
The dinner and breakfast offered many dishes, all tasty, and the plates themselves were memorable as creative cuisine; the bath was clean, uncrowded and allowed a relaxed soak. The room size was just right, and being greeted with a welcome drink—something I’d never experienced before—made a strong impression.
The spot was superb and there’s a convenience store right across, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped.

The place was very calm, peaceful, and clean, but it was too far from the main stations for my liking.
The food was delicious, but the air‑conditioning was too cold; even when I raised the temperature it would drop again automatically, and there’s no way to adjust it individually, which I’d like to see fixed.
