The host was enthusiastic, respected guests’ privacy, and the room was clean and well‑equipped, though the single bathroom on the first floor felt a bit cramped; I’d prefer a room on the second floor.

The room had a breezy balcony, was clean, with new furnishings, and the bathroom was spacious, sound‑proof, and about 200 m from the market. The fridge had no freezer; if you need to freeze gifts, ask the seller to ship the package before leaving Quy Nhơn.

To be honest, there were no positives to this place. The only thing that stood out was the closet with the built-in lighting. However, things quickly went downhill. The host didn't mention that we had to park our car in front of her house, and she woke us up at 7 am to move it. The noise from the kitchen below was unbearable, and we could smell mildew throughout the room. There was no window, and the synthetic blanket was a major comfort issue. Not a great experience.
