The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us in every way
The hotel's location is new and renovated, but unfortunately, it's situated near a busy transportation hub
My standard double room was very small, and I didn't feel like it lived up to the 5-star standard

A street view frames the room, which also offers air conditioning and sound‑proof walls. An extra‑large double bed sleeps two, a crib is available for a third guest, and the space includes parquet flooring, a seating area with a flat‑screen satellite TV, a minibar and a tea‑and‑coffee maker. The private bathroom features a walk‑in shower and a bathtub.
The staff were courteous and the interior was quiet.
“Heartwarming hospitality in the Bavaria capital.”
The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
“Great location”
The location was great, but the luxury didn’t quite justify the price.
“Alles in allem trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert 👍👍👍👍👍”
The location is excellent. The hotel is fairly new and very well designed. The rooms are large and very nice. The reception was extremely friendly with a top‑class check‑in. The guidance and care from a very, very, very warm employee named Hani were outstanding and world‑class! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ However, we were not completely convinced by the staff. Some employees’ behavior does not match that of a five‑star hotel.
“Geweldig”
Food was good. Nothing else to note.
