The village’s calm is great for evening strolls. The venue’s location with its private beach, white sands, close-up coral reefs, and a variety of marine life—including sharks—was absolutely stunning. The food combinations and presentations could use a bit more finesse; the flavors were reminiscent of the Maldives.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible resort, which boasts an unbeatable location directly on its own private beach with a stunning house reef and amazing snorkeling opportunities. We had visited Lagoon View Maldives nine years ago and chose to return to this exact spot due to its direct access to snorkeling. The underwater world is breathtaking, with vibrant coral, although it's true that the colors have faded slightly like everywhere else.

We recently stayed at this beautiful resort, which is perfectly situated right on the beach! The evening meals were delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. However, our experience was marred by several issues. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, were in need of renovation. When we booked a family room for four, we found it to be extremely cramped, with a narrow passage to the bathroom. We could even smell the sewage.
