“It was pleasant”

The location was essential and the place was clean. The issue with my friend’s room was that they made it hard to get a response and resolve the problem.

I stayed in a very pretty room and bathroom, and the bed was good; the shower was fantastic. Breakfast isn’t included, but across the street at 100 m there’s a small café that serves tasty breakfast, and the historic centre is only about 200 m away. It’s not a hotel, so there’s no reception; you get access codes via WhatsApp, and the main door opens only after calling a number. We had a hiccup with the room door code, which turned out to be wrong, but the owner sent the correct one within 30 min.

“Ιδανική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της Βερόνα”

Πολύ άνετα, καθαρά και περιποιημένα δωμάτια! Όμορφο και το lobby. Ιδανική τοποθεσία, στον κεντρικό δρόμο Porta Nuova, 10-15 λεπτά από τον σταθμό των τρένων Porta Nuova και αλλά τόσα από την άλλη πλευρά για το κέντρο! Την πλατεία με την Αρένα αλλά και κοντά στην γέφυρα στο κάστρο. Λίγο αργά το check in, στις 15.00, δεδομένου ότι το check out είναι έως τις 10.00

“Buona posizione”

The room was spacious and very clean, with a large shower. You can leave luggage after check‑out. The location is great for reaching the train station and the city centre. The only issue was that, apart from the automatic check‑in that required sending an ID card, the place didn’t respond to messages, whether through the booking app, phone, or WhatsApp. The noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable. The pillows were good quality but too high for my taste, and there was no alternative. The bathroom had no window, but you can’t have everything.

“Great, comfortable stay in central location with self check in.”

Central location, clean & comfortable rooms with AC. Noisy due to people and traffic. It was too loud to keep the windows open. Only automated communication. Nobody there to ask questions
