We really enjoyed our stay at Athika, felt very welcome, the location was great with souks and sights within walking distance yet still quiet; the residence also offered pool access. Athika was very helpful and available for questions. The accommodation is beautifully furnished and we can only recommend it!

Arriving in the middle of the night, the front‑desk lady greeted us with a bright smile and was incredibly kind and helpful, instantly handing over everything we needed to feel at home after a long journey. The room was spotless, quiet, and snug, and we’re grateful for the attentive service and will definitely return.

Athika’s reception is outstanding—she’s sweet and welcomed us warmly. Her Riad has a unique charm, is very clean, even has air conditioning, and she helped us negotiate a taxi.
