There was no toilet paper, no key code for the room, and no Wi‑Fi.

The ground‑floor layout lets you enter directly from outside without stairs or an elevator, and the room code comes via SMS so you don’t have to check in. The soundproofing is poor: breakfast is served over the rooms from 11‑19 and every footfall upstairs is audible; the floor panels in the adjacent room are very noisy when walked on. After 8 pm it’s hard to keep sleeping, and neighbors started power tools and a lawnmower at 8 pm, which was especially annoying after a wedding.

The place has a unique vibe and the hotel is well used, but it lacks a restaurant and the rooms could be better equipped with a fridge, mugs, etc., and there could be discounts for guests who want to access the nearby park.
