Mina‑San is very nice and sweet. The room is clean and comfortable. She gives us a warm welcome and we truly appreciate her help.

Mina and her team were exceptional hosts and made us feel like VIPs. From the delicious breakfast and cozy, warm beds to the perfect location, it truly felt like a home away from home. It was perfect!
The location is close to the Gala Yuzawa Ski Resort and the owner is very friendly. The heater doesn’t really work, so it gets very cold at night.

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, letting us leave our ski gear and boots by the heater to dry overnight. She gave us amazing service and even helped us book a local izakaya, which was phone‑only. The location is convenient, being opposite the Kogen ski gondola.
