“Excellent room, location and staff in prime Paris location.”

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were very obliging about leaving luggage. The location was amazing, and I would recommend it. Everything was fine, but there’s a kettle and a coffee machine, and it would be nice to have them. The choice of teas is a bit limited, and there is no decaf. The breakfast is ok rather than amazing, and the coffee in steel jugs is a bit meh. A very nice young woman was serving.

“Good all rounder”

Wilfrieda at the front desk was a terrific host, funny and helpful, and we loved him 💙🤍❤️. The location is excellent, close to the Metro and great shopping. The Superior room was a good size, and we also had a family room, which was smaller than the double rooms. The family room is a bit too small for three people.

I wanted to be accommodated in a Parisian style and that was achieved. The hotel is gorgeous. The room is a bit smaller, but it’s enough for sleeping. The view is not great – it’s basically to a wall – which disappointed me. For the price I would expect at least a street view. The view from the window compared to the price is a bit disappointing, and there was a slight problem with setting the water temperature in the shower. The staff were helpful, everything was super.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are huge for Paris. The layout is a bit quirky, with entering the room through the bathroom.
